Our Programs

Fencing isn't just a great fitness activity. It relieves stress, burns calories, strengthens muscles, and it's fun, too! Movement is also fun and healthy; you can meet people and make new friendships at any age.

Children improve focus, coordination, confidence, and develop fast-paced problem solving skills. Find out more about our group and private instruction opportunities!

Our Facility

Opened in 2010 by our coach, Judy O'Donnell, the Iowa City Fencing Center is an air-conditioned facility featuring special athletic flooring and grounded metal strips for competitive training.
